Multi-platform Integration

SynVision enables your chatbots to be integrated across various platforms, currently supporting Discord and Telegram, with ongoing development for additional integrations.

To access the integration function, click the 'Integrations' tab in the left navigation bar, and then select either the 'Discord' or 'Telegram' panel to proceed.

The integration process for Discord and Telegram is quite similar. Simply follow the guide in the upcoming two sections to obtain your chatbot's token and user ID from Discord and Telegram. Then, enter these details into the input boxes on the page displayed below. After saving your changes, click the "Connect" button. This will enable you to start chatting with your chatbot or add it to a group on Discord or Telegram.

To switch to a different chatbot, first disconnect your current chatbot on SynVision. Then, repeat the above steps to connect the new chatbot.
