A lead refers to an individual who has shown interest in a company's products or services. The process of leads collection entails gathering contact information from prospective customers, including email addresses and phone numbers, via different platforms such as websites, social media, or events. After being collected, these leads serve as an essential asset for businesses to cultivate and transform into actual customers.
To analyse leads information , you need to activate 'Leads' function by accessing 'Basic'tab from the left navigation bar.
Next, enter a title (or keep the default one) and activate one or all of the options (Name, Email, and Phone) that you wish to collect from your customers interacting with your chatbot. After completing this, click the 'Save changes' button to preserve your adjustments.
Now, when a customer engages with your chatbot, it will prompt them to enter the required information. Once this information is provided and sent, it will automatically be gathered and displayed on the 'Leads Collection' page.
Similar as 'Chat Logs' feature, You can also download the collected leads to .csv file for further editing.
