After successfully logging in, click on the 'Create Chatbot' button to begin the process of creating your first chatbot.
Upon clicking, you will be presented with two options for creating a chatbot: a Standalone Chatbot, which does not require any data upload, or a Your-Data Chatbot, which operates using your uploaded data. The primary distinction lies in whether you prefer the chatbot to utilize your own data for responses. Aside from this, both types of chatbots share identical functionalities.
To simplify the demonstration, the upcoming instructions will focus on the 'Your-Data Chatbot'. However, these guidelines are equally applicable to the 'Standalone Chatbot', allowing you to follow the same steps for either option.
Click 'Your-Data Chatbot', you'll be directed to the setup page. The initial step involves uploading training material to create knowledge base for your chatbot. You have the option to upload files in various formats, utilize a Q&A sheet, or provide URLs related to your projects/products.
Please make sure to adhere to the format requirements specified on the page to ensure a seamless uploading process.
Only the pure text part will be used as the knowledge base content. Multimedia content such as files, online links, images, and audio attached to the page cannot be read at present.
Import natural language text paragraphs as much as possible and avoid complex formatted content such as tables.
When importing multiple knowledge bases, try to import knowledge bases with close relationships, which can achieve better results.
After completing the uploading process, click on the 'Start Training' button. The training process may take some time to finish, so kindly be patient.
Your uploaded content is currently subject to a maximum limit of 10,000,000 characters, a quantity that should sufficiently cover standard usage scenarios. Additional capabilities and options will become available with the launch of the paid version.
You have the flexibility to create multiple chatbots according to your requirements. You can access all of them from the 'My Chatbot' page, where they will be listed.
If you wish to create a new chatbot, simply click on the 'New bot' button situated in the top-right corner.
