The effectiveness of your chatbot's responses is heavily reliant on the quality of the data sources provided. Synvision utilizes readable text for response generation, so it's essential to ensure that the websites or PDFs you upload contain readable text. Please note that Synvision is unable to process images, videos, or non-textual elements in documents.
In cases where certain websites may not be scraper-friendly, and your chatbot struggles to answer questions on your site, consider copying and pasting information as text into the data sources or uploading it as a PDF.
If you find that your chatbot's response to a specific query is unsatisfactory, upload your Excel sheets with specific Q&A related to your project or product to enhance the accuracy of your chatbot's responses. Make sure to use the format specified here and save your sheets as .CSV files prior to uploading. You can upload multiple .CSV files.
