Edit Chatbot

You can also edit the chatbots you've created to update the training data, basic setting or chatbot appearance.

To do this, navigate to 'My Chatbot' page and click on the '3 dots' button located to the right of each chatbot entry. Click on the 'Edit' button in the menu.

You can modify the three types of training data via deleting or adding new materials and retrain the chatbot. You update the basic setting and appearance as well.

All the front-end chatbots linked to the this chatbot will synchronise seamlessly to operate according to the latest version.

If you want to delete any chatbot, click on the '3 dots' button located to the right of the chatbot in 'My Chatbot' page and click on the 'Delete' button in the menu.
